7 Things You Didn’t Know About PETA

1) According to government documents, PETA employees have killed more than 19,200 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens since 1998. This behavior continues despite PETA’s moralizing about the “unethical” treatment of animals by farmers, scientists, restaurant owners, circuses, hunters, fishermen, zookeepers, and countless other Americans. PETA puts to death over 90 percent of the animals it accepts from members of the public who expect the group to make a reasonable attempt to find them adoptive homes. PETA holds absolutely no open-adoption shelter hours at its Norfolk, VA headquarters, choosing instead to spend part of its $32 million annual income on a contract with a crematory service to periodically empty hundreds of animal bodies from its large walk-in freezer.

Most recently, the former Alaska governor took several shots from Ingrid Newkirk in an “open letter' posted on the PETA founder’s blog November 17.

PETA: The Revolution Lives…

PETA wants to “Start a Vegetarian Revolution” and who better to kick start this revolution than the granddaughter of the world’s most famous communist revolutionary- Che Guevara?

The answer is: there’s no one better, because that’s exactly who PETA approached.

The 24 year old Lydia Guevara just finished being the latest “celebrity” to do a nearly nude photo shoot for PETA as part of its never ending, and never tasteful, campaign to impose its radical vegetarian agenda on America.  In this case, the aspiring “revolutionary” wore a strategically placed ammo belt filled with carrots rather than bullets. read more

PETA: Save the “Sea Kittens”

PETA recently unveiled a new marketing campaign devoted to ending fishing as we know it. They plan to do this by not calling a spade a “spade”, or in this case a fish a “fish.” 🙄
